Lea is an analyst for the Minnesota Lynx of the WNBA, and a reporter for the Minnesota Timberwolves of the NBA. Lea went from being a corporate account executive to one of the very few African-American women sportscasters in the industry. We started our African-American Women Sportscasters series with Danyelle Sargent of the NFL Network, and continue it here.
