Deborah Pauly, Villa Park councilwoman and member of the Orange County GOP will be debating Troy Edgar, Los Alamitos Councilman and head of the Orange County Sanitation District Board who is proposing another 15% rate increase after previous increases of 61% over the last 5 years. Troys claim? The increases are needed to keep up with infrastructure improvements. Deborahs position echoed by the OC Register is they should look for savings before increasing rates. The kicker? The Board is receiving a raise in the process. Starts at 7 PM (PST)
